After an attack by the cyborg killing machine known as Overtkill, Terry Fitzgerald is injured and Spawn...well Spawn is still dead but he's pretty beat up. But for the first time since his return his friend, Terry, realizes who Spawn is. Spawn pays a visit to all his enemies with a warning to stay out of his alley, thus this issue brings closure to the first two years of Spawn stories.
